In 2012, the commercial brand of “WUYUe” was born. Starting from the most genuine emotional needs of Chinese families, it is committed to turning WUYUe into an experienced Chinese leading business brand with the concept of “having strong sentiments, unique and one of a kind, with a large-scale”. By Sep. 30, 2024, Seazen Holdings had 199 WUYUe plazas, in 166 large and middle-sized cities including Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Nanjing, Changsha, Changchun and Xi’an across the country. Commercial management

Seazen Holdings sets up a business management group in 2008. At present, it has formed a professional business operation and management team of thousands of people, which has the comprehensive commercial resources planning and management ability from the early stage of business planning and investment promotion to the later stage of operation management and marketing promotion. While operating its own commercial complex project, it also cooperated with quality commercial real estate projects to introduce an advanced Seazen commercial operation and management system to realize asset appreciation. WUYUe has established a strategic partnership with 10 thousands of domestic and foreign first-class brand merchants, with a strong commercial magnetic field to gather huge commercial and passenger flows. Driven by a mature commercial operation system, it will promote the linkage upgrading of commercial resources and maintain the best commercial experience for consumers. By Sep. 30, 2024,Seazen Holdings had 135 WUYUE plazas already started business or are in operation through entrusted management. In 2023,it had the commercial operation income of 11.324 billion RMB.
