In 2025, amid perseverance and transformation, Seazen Holdings embarked on a new journey. We have continued to advance the implementation of asset management strategy, made steady headway in real estate development and light-asset business expansion, and pursued continuous optimization of operational performance across Wuyue Plazas. We have also strengthened management style building and strived for efficiency through meticulous management. Going forward, we will continue to build a broad platform for outstanding talents and create greater value for society.
In 2024, Seazen Holdings spared no effort to ensure project delivery, stabilized crediting, and upheld our values. It delivered over 100,000 residential units throughout the year, opened 15 new Wuyue Plazas, and achieved a 100% coverage rate of green building standards in both new and ongoing projects. Wuyue Commercial Management brand was newly launched, which marked another milestone in the specialty of commercial operation.
In 2023, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Seazen Holdings, its residential development has provided high-quality residential properties for over 850,000 families across the country. The total number of Wuyue Plazas opened has reached 161. Remaining true to its original aspiration, Seazen consolidated its foundation, actively innovated, enhanced its resilience, and wrote a story of new glories.
In 2022, Seazen Holdings insisted on the strategy of growth driven by two wheels, simultaneous development of asset-light and asset-heavy business, and established its project management brand "Agency Construction Services". The annual total revenue from commercial operation exceeded RMB10 billion for the first time. We gathered strength for new development and strived to stay at the forefront.

In 2016, Seazen Holdings reached a new height, with sales of RMB65 billion in the whole year, ranking the 15th among the Top 100 real estate enterprises in China, and formulated the strategic target of "Hundred Billion Seazen". In 2015, Seazen Holdings absorbed and merged Seazen Real Estate and was successfully listed on A share market (601155.SH), with the annual sales exceeding RMB30 billion.
In 2014, Seazen Holdings accelerated the nationwide distribution and entered Haikou, Qingdao, Nanchang, Changchun, Anqing and Jinan.
In 2013, Seazen's total annual sales exceeded RMB20 billion. It only took 3 years for Seazen to increase annual sales from RMB10 billion to RMB20 billion. In the same year, the Company established the large-scaled public welfare brand "Colorful Light Project".
In 2012, the commercial real estate brand "Wuyue" was created. Future Land Development Holdings Limited was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with the stock code 01030.HK.
