By establishing an internal team of outstanding lecturers, developing a series of core courses, and iteratively upgrading the e-learning learning platform, we launched customized training programs covering all levels and positions to ensure that the growth of employees' capability remains in sync with the development needs of enterprises, fostering mutual advancement.

Employee Activities

We prioritize our employees' work-life balance and have organized a variety of activities to enrich their spiritual and cultural lives.
