As the growth of aging population accelerates in China, the eldercare industry is gradually becoming one of the new economic pillar industries supported by the state and in high demand, and is set to witness a period of rapid development in the next few years. In 2019, Seazen Holdings built the eldercare brand "Seazen Xinyi" to deliver happiness through services and make happiness simple. Relying on its own capabilities and industrial resources, it has built the sub-brand "Xinyihui", a high-end urban eldercare complex. Based on the Group’s commercial property scenarios, it innovatively creates a vertically-integrated all-age product with a multi-scenario combination of a care center, eldercare apartments, and Citilink Chen Hotel.
Under the brand concept of “happiness, nourishment, and vitality”, Seazen Xinyi has established a comprehensive eldercare business model through product innovation, service innovation, and resource integration, formed a cross-disciplinary professional team to cooperate with each other, and built a unique five-in-one service system of “health and safety, art, life, care, and intelligence” to create an operation system oriented towards “safety, happiness and efficiency” with the three types of service, namely “health management center”, “senior college”, and “health industry college”, as the core, aiming to fulfill its mission of “spreading happiness” in the eldercare field.

In 2014, Seazen Holdings entered the hotel industry, where it cooperated with Hilton, an internationally renowned hotel management group, to open its first luxury five-star hotel, Hilton Changzhou. Since its opening, the hotel has won honorary titles such as the Changzhou Integrity Enterprises, Top 10 Star-Chef Hotels, and Changzhou Top 10 Best Business Hotels, and has always ranked top in terms of word-of-mouth reviews.
In addition, the Group has created the "Citilink Hotels" brand matrix, including four own hotel brands: Deluxe brand – Citilink Hua, luxury brand – Citilink Oasis, high-end brand – Citilink Chen, and mid-end brand – Citilink Heng. Its first own brand hotel, Citilink Oasis Hotel Huzhou was opened.

Against the backdrop of the era of entrepreneurship and innovation, Seazen Holdings, relying on the resources of our real estate enterprises, cooperated with WOODSBAGOT, a well-known design firm, to establish a top incubator – StarWing.
Matching Class A office standards, StarWing Space is equipped with a full-view gym, coffee bar, staff restaurant, a large road-show hall, and multi-functional leisure areas, dedicating to assist entrepreneurs in avoiding entrepreneurial risks, verifying business models, receiving financing orientation, and making innovations. Up to now, enterprises incubated in StarWing Space focus on VR/AR technology, pan-entertainment, healthcare, information technology, consumption upgrading, smart home, game research and development and other fields. Some enterprises have evolved into leading enterprises.
Based on incubation achievements, StarWing Space has been awarded the titles of "Shanghai Technology Business Incubator", "Shanghai Entrepreneurship Incubation Demonstration Base" and "Putuo District Entrepreneurship Incubation Base".
